Define/identify tools & licensing requirements across the functional testing & Automation lifecycle
Define multi tool or single tool Automation framework for UI and API technology stacks
Understand Regression & Automation backlog and define targets for clearing the backlog with ROI as key consideration for Automation
Work with QA Tool vendor to define best practices to be followed for using the tool
Define Global object repository and keyword management for Test Automation framework
Analyze the As-is state for different projects and suggest levers to drive change w.r.t. Test case automation, adoption of progressive automation and test lifecycle automation
Govern the execution of the transformation roadmap, provide periodic status on the achieved state vs target state
Analyze KPIs and provide status report to QA stakeholders
