Contract length to be determined (initial 6 months)
Experience:

• Strong experience in managing complex technology projects including experience within an Agile/Scrum team environment with large, cross-functional teams
• Senior stakeholder engagement
• Vendor management experience
• JIRA toolset

Preferred

• Experience with projects using AWS/cloud services
• Has worked in the financial services industry

Skills:

• Able to provide and enforce structure in a complex project to enable the delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to the C-level
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to monitor and manage project risk (and escalate appropriately)
• Ability to ensure a thorough audit trail (project artefacts)

Knowledge:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Cloud computing

Preferred:

• AWS ecosystem knowledge - AWS Certifications are even better
• Agile certification

HIGH-LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule stand-ups and other meetings with their team and their clients.
• Manage the budget for all of their projects, constantly communicating with clients about the scope, timing, and remaining resources

Resourcing

•  Identify, plan and forecast for gaps
•  Monitor, manage and review against invoicing

 Change requests

• Manage project communications
• Helping clients understand how the delivery team will meet their business goals and the costs around using those technologies
