Boutique Retail - FOH / Sales (Cape Town) at InVision Human Services

Summary:

• This position is responsible for representing the store and providing exceptional and unique service to its clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the visible face of the brand / store.
• Create a positive first impression for the client through an energetic attitude and greeting.
• Represent the store and the unique offering to clients.
• Guide clients at every stage of the buying journey.
• Provide support to clients on styles, product characteristics and trends.
• Contribute to sales
• Enhance customer satisfaction.
• Thank all clients for their visit and invite them back to visit the store.
• Facilitate and support clients on all sales channels such as retail and e-commerce.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment at all times.
• Support store management.
• Participate in other staff and store related functions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Computer Literate (Emails, Excel etc)
• At least 3 years of experience within a boutique brand store
• Further education in Marketing and Sales is advantageous
• A passion for the boutique retail industry
• Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous
