We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the security industry, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SAP systems is highly beneficial, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for managing leave requests, purchase orders, sales orders, and providing administrative support to the operations managers.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process employee leave requests
Handle purchase orders and sales orders
Assist operations managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in operations administration, preferably in the security industry
Knowledge of SAP systems is a bonus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
