The Brand Ambassador is responsible for merchandising, stock control, placing orders, building relationships and driving sales of our products. This role is ideal for a motivated, goal-oriented individual who is hungry for sales and committed to meeting personal and professional goals.
The role starts as a 2-month independent contract with commission-only earnings. High performers will transition to a permanent position with a basic salary, commission, benefits, and data allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ensure attractive merchandising, maintain stock accuracy and place top up orders.
Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat sales.
Always represent the brand professionally and positively.
Maintain sales records and communicate customer feedback and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience: Sales or retail experience preferred. Must love “sales”!
Skills: Strong communication, a results-driven mindset, and basic stock management knowledge.
Attributes: Responsible, reliable, and motivated to succeed. Must demonstrate a hunger for personal growth and success, by being driven to succeed by earning sales commission.
