    Brand Strategist

    Brand and market research

    • Research and analyse the company brand and reputation, internally and externally to identify insights, opportunities and challenges that affect our company's brand strategy and positioning.
    • Facilitate ideation sessions with creative teams and formulate proposals that influence the brand direction, strategy and narrative.

    Brand standards

    • Review branding contents across channels to ensure it aligns with the company and product brand strategies
    • Create and execute on various brand awareness activities for internal & external activations to promote brand interaction and visibility.
    • Develop branding recommendations for our sub-brands, products & services to improve positioning and awareness of new products and markets amongst target audiences.

    Data Analysis

    • Research and analyse markets and product performance data to develop branding proposals that will improve product differentiation, positioning and engagement.
    • Planning & Direction
    • Creates and drives research and analysis plans to support the company and its products' brand strategies.
    • Estimate and communicate the effort required for project milestone delivery to enable effective planning and prioritisation.

    Knowledge, Practices & Continuous Improvement

     

    • Create and deliver knowledge sharing programmes to educate key stakeholders on branding strategies and the impact on marketing and communication campaigns and content
    • Mentor and upskill colleagues to continuously build our capability.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Maintain a stakeholder map and continuously align with stakeholders on the brand analysis and research services provided to ensure it alignes to business requirements
    • Provide appropriate stakeholder feedback over social marketing platforms in accordance with the brand tone of voice.
    • Develop a FAQ for social media to ensure that all answers are updated according to brand content standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field

    Minimum

    Experience

    • 6-8 years in branding

    Preferable

    • Working in multinational tech companies.
    • Experience in enhancing the branding of product or service, as well as developing a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.
