Broker – Risk (Life) & Commercial Short-Term Insurance at SydSen Recruit

Minimum Requirements:

• NQF 5 and RE 5
• Relevant degree in: Financial Management, Economics, Business Administration
• At least 2 years’ proven experience as a Broker
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed needs analysis and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Source new clients and manage an existing client portfolio.
• Negotiate and structure insurance cover to suit client needs.
• Provide ongoing policy reviews and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with industry legislation and company standards.
