Job Description

• Conduct end-to-end business and systems analysis for projects, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with project peers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of deliverables.
• Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements through workshops, interviews, and engagement with diverse user groups.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, fostering strong partnerships and supporting delivery within an agile environment.
• Translate business requirements into clear, comprehensive functional specifications and solution designs.
• Develop and maintain specifications for reports, dashboards, data cubes, and related analytics artefacts.
• Engage with system users to understand operational needs, challenges, and enhancement. opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
• Provide second-line support for corporate applications, including troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Deliver End-user training and create user-support materials as needed.
• Support and assist with operational activities related to system functionality, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Responsible to manage ICT project within scope, time, cost, and quality with the approved project management standard operating procedure.
• Responsible to execute other assigned operations and activities with the ICT operations function.

Job Requirements

• 3 years Diploma in IT/ Business Analysis or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in Programming would be an added. advantage.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of SDLC, SQL, UML,
• System functionality and integration, JAD sessions and Testing.
