The position requires:

• Understanding the business requirements, and through a structured process, modeling, validating, and translating it into business requirement specifications that are used by developers to craft a technical solution.
• To continually review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs.

Core responsibilities:

• Eliciting and documenting requirements (the ability to really understanding the business need and articulate those ideas whilst balance them against what is technologically feasible).
•  Structured Analysis/modelling to support and enhance text-based requirement gathering/documentation.
• Testing to validate whether the requirements have been implemented.
• End-user support on requirements implemented.
• Facilitation

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary IT and/or Business Process Analysis qualification and a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
