Business Analyst (East Rand) at Decision Inc.

• We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assist in the analysis and design of ERP solutions. Responsible for collaboration with diverse clients across industries, driving business transformation projects, optimising processes, and supporting the successful implementation of cutting-edge systems, including ERP platforms.

What Will You Do?

Key Responsibility:

Requirement Gathering:

• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Analyse and document the needs and objectives of the business.

Process Design:

• Develop process models and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes.
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation.

Documentation:

• Create detailed BRDs that outline business requirements, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to both business and technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Solutions Assessment:

• Evaluate potential solutions and their impact on the business.
• Provide recommendations for system customisation and new system

Who Do You Need to Be?

• B. Com or B.SC Information Technology degree/diploma advantageous
• Business Analysis Certification or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
• Excellent writing skills and experience with ERP Systems Analysis.
• At least 3-5 years experience essential.
• Project Management or Administration experience
• Experience with Microsoft tools such as Visio
