Who are you

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Accounting/ Finance)
• 3 years experience in Finance/ Business Analysis
• Understanding Refinery Infrastructure

What you will be doing

• Ensure support on debtors on a monthly basis and generate invoices to all customers and follow up to ensure payments are received
• Generate and provide age analysis and statements and process all related SAP transactions
• Support the credit management process through ensuring timeous processing of all invoices received from service providers
• Process all related SAP transactions -service entries 
• Ensure efficient management of general ledger through journal voucher processing and general ledger maintenance

• Ensure analytical review of costs and recommendations to managements on cost optimization
• Provide support on revenue by ensuring period end processing, revenue reporting, cash flows management as well provide any value add analysis
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders through collating information and submitting to regulatory authorities
• Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.
