Business Analyst – Financial Services Transformation – JHB at Datafin Recruitment

ENVIRONMENT:

• Our client is a strategic delivery hub that supports large-scale transformation programmes through human-led, technology-enabled solutions.
• Their Financial Services Transformation team delivers complex business and technology transformation initiatives for clients across the banking and financial services sectors.
• This role contributes to the successful delivery of digitally enabled programmes by combining business analysis, project delivery and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable business value and effective change outcomes.

DUTIES:

• Deliver business analysis activities across banking and financial services transformation programmes.
• Support SAP-enabled and digitally enabled transformation initiatives within financial services organisations.
• Define, document and validate business requirements, processes and solution needs for transformation programmes.
• Apply project management and change management methodologies to support successful programme delivery.
• Collaboratively work with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver complex problems with a key focus on benefits realisation and sustained value creation.
• Anticipate stakeholder needs, developing and discussing potential solutions pre-emptively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP) /Agile Project Management, Certified Scrum or equivalent delivery qualification desirable.
• Financial services, business analysis or change management certification are desirable.

Experience Required

• Experience in banking, insurance or financial services environments
• Business analysis experience on digitally enabled programmes
