Business Analyst at ITC Infotech

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst - Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent qualification
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial/Integration Domain
• Usage of modelling tools such as WBM (WebSphere Business Modeler) Visio/Rational tools for example. Having fair knowledge  BABOK knowledge areas.

• Take a lead in organizing and running customer interviews/ workshops to gather requirements
• Define project scope with inputs from other project stakeholders
• Managing project scope (i.e. change management, conflict resolution, etc.)
• Proficient in Use Case modelling and Logical Data modelling.
• Design of manual Functional Testing plan for UAT to validate against requirement
• Carrying out a thorough functional testing to validate the solution (against the defined requirement)
• Collaborate with technical team to identify problem areas and assist in resolution
• Demonstrate a Business Knowledge in depth in project domain area or across multiple domain areas & advanced IT awareness
• Good knowledge on Database / Integration / Application Development tools
• Demonstrates good level of Business Process modelling skills & ability to identify logical gaps.
• Understand Business Architecture of the environment and its impact on own Domain application(s)
• Very Strong Communication Skills, Good Leadership and people management Skills, Negotiation Skills.
