Introduction

• Our Digital Department is looking for an energetic and focused Business Analyst who will facilitate the full lifecycle of a strategic project via the JD Group Transition Value Chain.

Minimum Requirements

•  Appropriate University degree with preference for a B.Sc (Eng) or (Computer Science) or Bcom Informatics
•  3 years’ work experience in the Retail or Financial Industry
•  5 years Business Analytics/ Business Consulting experience
•  Lean and/or Six Sigma experience and accreditation advantageous

Job Specification

To ensure that business risks are identified and to recommend effective and efficient solutions to limit risk by optimising business processes.

• Initiate and execute Project Establishment Initiation Activities
• Gather and document business requirements
• Analyse and document the changes required in system architecture
• Ensure that the solution is tested and validated against the business requirements
• Implement the solution and conduct a handover to operations
• Manage the project through its lifecycle
