Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the transport and logistics industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement and system optimization projects.
