What You’ll Do

• Support by means of business analysis (basic consolidation, basic modelling, opportunity & risk assessments, basic scenario analysis, etc.) in area of sales, finance, supply or marketing)
• Support improvement initiatives by means tracking, connecting with initiative responsible on progress, actions
• Prepares the local commercial team for weekly, monthly or forecast meetings
• Works with different functions in the organization including finance pillars/teams outside of South Africa
• Supporting business control execution by commercial team
• Supports day to day analysis, consolidation, being the link between departments such as supply, marketing, sales and finance
• Hands on analysis and consolidation/operational work to support demand and supply planning (SIOP process support)
• Hands on support in sales operations activities connecting directly with commercial sales team, including support on funnel and SFDC analysis
• Follow up in support of sales team with detail insights on payment disputes/follow up, together with sales team, collection department or customer where necessary
• Work with marketing team to provide details on margin progression, one off items impacting profitability, explanation of orders margin
• Planning support in terms of consolidation of forecasts, latest view estimates and follow up with business partner, commercial team leaders
• Weekly operational support and consolidation of sales plans, IGM outlook estimates, etc.
• Management reporting (sales, IGM, inventory, obsolescence, qxp) and analysis for sales and country management team, in collaboration with FP&A regional team and finance BP

Your Qualifications

• One to two years of finance, operations or sales support role.
• Strong technical knowledge in excel, pivots, management reporting, ERP systems
• Driven, well organized, and strong planning capabilities
• Communicates well and able to connect well with colleagues from different backgrounds, departments, cultures
