    As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

    Job Purpose

    • Win new name accounts.

    • Specific Focus would be on Business Applications (Finance and Operations)

    • Identify and quantify the business potential from assigned territory. – ‘Identify Business’’

    • Work with Solution Management and Partners to specify the needs of target customers – ‘Solution development’

    • Penetrate and develop new target customers in selected markets – New business development ‘Create’.

    • Qualify and win selected sales opportunities ‘Win’

    • Achieve Sales Target year on year

    • Work closely with Microsoft

    • In time, understand the PwC Partner “engine” and use the Partners and their teams to enhance your success.

    • Writing and presenting proposals to clients.

    • Interest in and awareness of technology trends, including competitive solution selling.

    • Lead a delivery and delivery team should it be required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3 yrs tertiary qualification;

    • 5 yrs relationship based selling experience;

    • 5yrs business or management consulting experience;

    • 3yrs Microsoft (Business Applications Understanding)

    Experience:

    Opportunity Management-

    • Taking charge of developing, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with existing customer and prospective customers.

    Account Management Responsibilities-

    • Account Relationship

    • Account Development

    • Account Profitability

    Bid Management

    • Monitor and assist with the operative coordination of all resources and efforts needed to successfully execute the bidding process

    Partner and Alliance Management

    • Responsible for developing and managing relationships with PwC Partners, Vendors, and JV Partners.

    Executive sponsorship

    • Responsible for managing executive relationships per opportunity and to leverage existing relationships and building new relationships with external and internal senior executives

    Risk Management

    • Identifying and managing risks during opportunity development, solution design, and implementation both for the customer and ourselves.

    • Understands customer's problems/needs; acts as a customer advocate; takes responsibility for resolving problems
