Your Role and Responsibilities
Your place to be: Business Development with a focus on the Financial Services Sector

We are expanding our consulting Team with focus on Financial Service sector. This team is comprised of consultants combining process and industry expertise who are deployed to accelerate sales and delivery in high growth areas in the Banking industry, thus driving growth and develop innovative solutions and deal constructs. Industry Process Re-engineering leveraging AI and Automation is at the Core of our work, building reliable and innovative propositions for our clients in the Banking industry.

Your role

• You develop trusted C-level relationships (Business and IT)
• You drive solution development and lead business domain driven Communities
• You act as a role model and develop young talent
• You identify, validate and shape new consulting opportunities
• You negotiate and close opportunities
• You deliver successfully what you have sold
• You demonstrate industry eminence – speak at Industry events / conferences; write whitepapers
• You are accountable for your portfolio incl. customer satisfaction, market share, profit and revenue

Your profile

• Proven track record of sales to business in the south Africa Banking Sector
• Strong Industry Expertise in Banking with deep knowledge in a specific domain, like Risk & Compliance
• Experience in leading Communities and development of Consulting Portfolio
• C-Level relevance and preferable network of relationships at the C level for purposes of pipeline development in the Banking Sector
• Ideally have excelled in a similar role at another leading Consulting firm in the market
• Working understanding of modern technologies AI, Automation, Blockchain, Agile and Cloud
   

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 7 years experience in Business Solution Professional - Sales in the Financial Services Industry
• Management Consulting experience
