    Business Development Manager

    Business Development Manager responsibilities are:

    • Management of our business development systems
    • Managing the sales process from initial contact to invoicing
    • Constructing customer proposals
    • Identifying potential customers
    • Arranging meeting with clients
    • Building rapport with customers
    • Preparing contracts
    • Creating monthly business development reports
    • Ensure that business development system and sales platforms are up to date with customer and product information
    • Developing strategies relating to customer satisfaction and growth within the financial sector of the company
    • Conducting researches to fulfil customers’ needs and to also identify new markets
    • Assisting with the promotion of the company’s products/services

    Business Development Manager requirements are:

    • Experience as a Business Development Manager
    • Proven sales track record
    • Knowledge of principles of marketing
    • Good customer service attitude
    • Excellent at building rapport with customers
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Familiar with CRM and Business Development Funnel Management
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Knowledge of sales metrics
    • Empathy
    • Understanding of the SME business landscape
    • Understanding of cloud-based financial management software and services
    • Superb organisation skills, structure and attention to detail
