    Business Development Manager

    • The purpose of this role is to expand market share for SAOTA and ARRCC (our associated studio) by identifying key new markets and establishing entry into these identified markets; as well as expanding and nurturing SAOTA and ARRCC presence within existing markets. The Business Development Manager is responsible for helping the organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.

    Objectives of the role:

    Existing Markets

    • Nurture relationships with existing clients, consultants, and countries we’re actively working in by fostering long-term relationships with the goal of driving repeat work. Ensure our presence and capabilities in these markets are known.

    New Markets

    • Identify new opportunities for work in new cities we’re not currently active in. Identify and establish relationships with new clients, consultants, and potential leads. Assess feasibility and profitability of unexplored business avenues or project types.

    Skills and Qualifications required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on business development. Marketing background is preferential
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing as well as business development tactics
    • Experience with research and reporting using data analytics software
    • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
    • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite
    • CRM database experience
