Business Development Manager 

If you are a dynamic Business Development Manager looking to take the next step in your career then this might be the position for you. As a Business Development Manager for Tarsus Distribution, you will work closely with the Account Manager to drive strategic relationships to increase the number of active customers purchasing Microsoft products from Tarsus. You will ensure customer retention and the maintenance and growth of existing distributor accounts. You will support Sales in ensuring that campaigns have a high uptake and that they deliver on their commitments successfully. Acquiring new resellers and satisfying existing customers, vendors, and Tarsus revenue and margin targets will be key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification preferable, Bachelor of Commerce (General) is preferred
• Financial and business acumen, including an understanding of primary metrics, ROFI, GMROI, GMROWC
• 3+ years in a Sales role (distributor / vendor / reseller preferable)
• Driver’s License and own Transport

Work from Home Technical Requirements:

• Computer hardware and software will be provided by the company.
• Applicants must supply their own Internet connectivity.
• Applicants are responsible for creating a functional workspace at home.

Internet Service Requirements

• Internet access provided by a fibre provider
• DSL, satellite and wireless broadband is NOT ideal
• Minimum upload speed of 5 MBPS
• Minimum download speed of 10 MBPS
