    Business Development Representative - Limpopo (59533)

    Purpose:

    • To promote KWV brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting Liquor outlets (mostly Off Trade outlets) as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and with the aim of driving increased sales.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
    • At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
    • Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
    • Computer literate on an advanced level
    • Must have a valid driver's license without endorsements as well have own vehicle
    • Availability for frequent business travel and overnight stay

    Skills Required:

    • Strong sales skills and experience
    • Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English
    • Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
    • Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service
    • Must be self-motivated, innovative, and self-driven

    Job Summary:

    • Develop and manage sound customer relationships
    • Educate consumers regarding KWV brands
    • Drive distribution i.e., availability
    • Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries
    • Manage sales administration requirements i.e., prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports
    • Visit customers as per a fix contracted call cycle
    • Implementation of the KWV way of selling
    • Negotiate displays and pricing
    • Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers
    • Implement promotions and Point of sale/merchandising in store

    Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates from under-represented groups aligned with our Employment Equity Plan.
