We are looking for a number of outbound call centre representatives to join our growing outbound call centre sales team selling various motor-related insurance and non-insurance value-added products. We are only interested in self-driven, mature, independent people.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to understand the client’s tone of voice and receptiveness

• Customer service oriented

• Ability to quickly address customer concerns and questions and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Matric

• South African Citizen

• 6-12 months outbound call centre experience in the insurance or motor industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
