Caretaker-Task Grade 04 at Nyandeni Municipality

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/Matric
• Waste Management Certification (will be added advantage)
• Computer Literacy
• 2 years work experience

Key Performance Areas:

• Allocating duties/ work schedules for personnel, monitoring outcomes and instituting the necessary corrective measures to address deviations from standards.
• Communicating with the immediate superior, detailing nature and extent of deviations in operations.
• Monitoring the activities taking place within the facility and its surround
• Participating in compliance audits conducted by compliance authorities, attend to enquiries from recyclers, and interested & affected parties.
• Informing the immediate superior by written reports of conditions of the facility and ensure high cost-effective maintenance programs.
• Sharing information on daily operations (waste processing and recovery) with the immediate supervisor.
