Job Summary

• We are looking for skilled Carpenters / Formwork Carpenters to join construction teams on large-scale projects in Dubai. The role involves constructing, erecting, and dismantling formwork systems and structural timber elements used in concrete construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.
• Construct, install, and dismantle timber and metal formwork/shuttering systems.
• Measure, cut, and assemble timber, plywood, and metal components accurately.
• Build molds for concrete walls, slabs, columns, and beams.
• Ensure formwork is level, plumb, aligned, and strong enough to support wet concrete.
• Install structural woodwork including frames, doors, flooring, and related components.
• Operate saws, drills, grinders, and other carpentry power tools safely.
• Work with formwork systems such as Doka, Peri, and similar systems.
• Repair and maintain formwork materials and equipment.
• Follow site safety regulations and quality standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Carpenter/Formwork Carpenter.
• Experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
• Ability to read technical and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of modern formwork systems.
• Competent in using hand and power tools.
• Strong measuring and precision skills.
• Good understanding of construction safety practices.
