We are looking for skilled Carpenters / Formwork Carpenters to join construction teams on large-scale projects in Dubai. The role involves constructing, erecting, and dismantling formwork systems and structural timber elements used in concrete construction.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.
Construct, install, and dismantle timber and metal formwork/shuttering systems.
Measure, cut, and assemble timber, plywood, and metal components accurately.
Build molds for concrete walls, slabs, columns, and beams.
Ensure formwork is level, plumb, aligned, and strong enough to support wet concrete.
Install structural woodwork including frames, doors, flooring, and related components.
Operate saws, drills, grinders, and other carpentry power tools safely.
Work with formwork systems such as Doka, Peri, and similar systems.
Repair and maintain formwork materials and equipment.
Follow site safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Carpenter/Formwork Carpenter.
Experience in commercial or high-rise construction projects.
Ability to read technical and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of modern formwork systems.
Competent in using hand and power tools.
Strong measuring and precision skills.
Good understanding of construction safety practices.
