Job Description
- We are seeking for a detail-oriented Cash & Carry Assistant to join our time in Bloemfontein. Cash & Carry Assistant assist in ensuring the efficiency, productivity and achieving sales budgets of the Cash & Carry Store.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a retail branch
- Computer literate (Emails, MS Word and Excel) / ERP system experience highly advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Competencies
- Administrative experience
- Customer Service experience
- Sales experience an advantage.
- Financial administrative experience an advantage Stock experience an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of excellent service to customers
- Client sales and assistance in ensuring achievement of Cash and Carry budget
- General administration and filing (assisting with Purchase Orders, compiling of banking slips, courier slips, general filing)
- Housekeeping and maintenance
- Fill in for Supervisor as required
- Assistance with stock counts
- Assist with switchboard/reception duties
- Willingness to do overtime and Saturday work when necessary
Rate: R57.78 per hour
