Cashbook Clerk - Johannesburg at Puratos

Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for:

• Performing various Finance administrative tasks and support the Finance Department’s daily activities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Cashbook renconciliations.
• Balance sheets renconciliation.
• Manual invoices.
• General filings
• Information packs.
• Credit notes sequence check.
• Petty cash. 
• Capturing of checks and deposits on CB
• Flash in conjunctions with FM
• Prepared to assist where ever possible.

PROFILE

• Matric (Grade 12) and a BCom in Account or relevant qualification
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a financial background, doing cashbook and financial reporting
• Languages: English is a prerequisite
• Computer literacy: Office computer (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), including Qlikview and SysPro.
• Other expertise: Business & result driven, presentation skill, strong interpersonal skills: establishes easily contacts, negotiation skills, team player.
