• The role requires the incumbant to accurately and efficiently manage ticket sales and financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service. The role ensures passengers have a smooth ticketing experience, handles inquiries about fares, routes, and schedules, and maintains the integrity of financial processes to support the company's operations.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimium qualification: Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate
• Experience in a similair role: Up to 1 year
• Be computer literate
• Able to work under pressure
• Prepared to work shifts

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Receive and safekeeping of funds
• Issuing of receipts of payments made
• Compiling daily revenue figures.
• Attend passengers complaints and queries
• Complete the necessary administrative documentation
• Be willing to move to where the company feels the duties need to be performed
