A day in the life of a Category Technical Expert:

• Facilitate seamless implementation of new products and technologies, overseeing the entire process from R&D to operations.
• Drive the successful completion of development projects, ensuring they progress smoothly from initial concept to post-launch evaluation.
• Lead projects and initiatives focused on enhancing products, processes, and supplier relationships, such as cost reduction, supplier development, and specification optimization.
• Develop and sustain expertise in product and process mastery, enabling manufacturing operations to achieve zero defects.
• Serve as a vital link between the market and R&D, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
• Provide comprehensive technical support to address basic assistance requests from factories.
• Promote knowledge transfer to factories, empowering them with product and process mastery to eliminate waste and optimize efficiency (e.g., ZLMV and EUPS).

What will make you successful?

• Degree: Food Science and Chemical Engineering
• 5 years’ experience in production environment (Plant Manager).
• English speaking, as needed (e.g., suppliers abroad)
• Disciplined
• Eye for detail- Able to balance priorities.
