Catering Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

- Qualification Higher National Certificate , Matric , National Certificate
- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Gauteng
- City Johannesburg
- Job Field Catering / Confectionery
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma in Hospitality/ Food & Beverage or relevent qualification
- 3 -5 years experience as a Catering Manager or similar position
- Must be a Mandarin Speaking
- Good communication, organising and problem solving skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer Literate (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Drivers Lincence
Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing of the Canteen/Kitchen
- Ensure delivery of quality food and beverage
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Oversee / sign off cash-up
- Manage staff compliment, including administration and staff roster
- Training of new staff and monitoring performance
- Hygiene maintenance and ensure the kitchen is clean at all times
