In this CDZ Team Leader position

• You will communicate and confirm information with external customer to ensure correctness of clearances.
• You will communicate and confirm information with internal customers to ensure correctness of information that is communicated to Customs.
• You will ensure that correct duty structure is applied.
• You will advise management of irregularities and resolve queries.
• You will manage entries department and allocation of duties to entry clerks.
• You will receive documents to effect customs clearance and assist with clearances.
• You will ensure efficient and timeous clearances.
• You will be finalizing all customs and client queries.
• You will prepare all documents for customs clearance.
• You will be responsible for Customs Audits and Permit applications.
• You will keep SARS documentation up to date.
• You will allocate the percentage of duties to be paid.
• You will rectify incorrect take on data.
• You will be responsible for framing of entries when required.

Now, here’s what we need from you 

• Must have a Grade 12.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience within the scope of Customs clearing
• Experience in Cargowise
