    CFO

    Job Description

    The CFO role will be responsible for:

    •  strategy and business planning
    •  Risk management
    •  manage shareholder relationships and banking relationships
    •  full financial function

    attending board and sub-committee meetings
    The Successful Applicant
    The CFO role requires:

    •  a CA(SA) qualification
    •  minimum 12 years relevant experience
    • experience in building and construction , or a related sector
    • preference will be given to applicants from previously disadvantaged groups in line with relevant legislation.
