Job Description

The CFO role will be responsible for:
- strategy and business planning
- Risk management
- manage shareholder relationships and banking relationships
- full financial function
attending board and sub-committee meetings
The Successful Applicant
The CFO role requires:
- a CA(SA) qualification
- minimum 12 years relevant experience
- experience in building and construction , or a related sector
- preference will be given to applicants from previously disadvantaged groups in line with relevant legislation.
