Change Manager at Resourgenix

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join their Banking Regulatory Programme (specifically around POPI & Data Privacy)

Successful Candidate has:

• Relevant Change qualifications and training ie Adkar
• Experience in Agile Ways of Working & Agile Project Management
• Experience delivering Change projects in Banking – familiar with Banking legislation
• Strong Compliance Change management background
• 5-7 years change experience including at least 3 years in an environment where the role has been either stand alone or part of a small team. i.e. experience not gained predominantly in a large, task driven team
• At least 3 years’ responsibility for driving change initiatives and projects in totality; end to end
• Experience of successfully using a variety of change tools and methodologies to effect change in a complex organisation
• Experience gained in an organisation which includes both a head office and national branches, specifically on a financial institution Data Privacy (POPI) implementation
