Change Workstream Lead (36 month contract) (12825)
The Change Workstream Lead is responsible for leading, managing, and facilitating organisational change initiatives related to the People & Organisation and Finance transformation programmes. This role acts as the central point for change management activities, collaborating with stakeholders across business units, project teams, and external partners. The Change Workstream Lead develops and implements change management strategies alongside our business transformation lead and implementation partner, owns and ensure delivery of all programme related communication and training plans, and monitors readiness and adoption metrics to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. The role requires strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Create strategies to implement change effectively, within the context and culture of Investec
Execution of planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale
Work alongside implementation partner to develop and maintain change management plans, including communication and learning strategies
Coordinate and facilitate leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement sessions, including supporting project managers and business leaders to manage change
Manage ongoing communication activities
Support the setup of change networks
Support the development of personas and adoption playbooks
Support learning needs analysis, learning delivery for all impacted audiences (in partnership with implementation partner and Investec's Learning function)
Monitor change impact assessments and readiness evaluations ensuring all impacted audiences are ready for change
Work alongside teams to make sure all risk management policies and strategies are in place for the change
Monitor adoption metrics and report on KPIs and success criteria, creating various performance metrics and analyses to see the progress of changes made
Continuously improving upon existing strategies and processes to gain the maximum benefit from the implementation of change
Ensure continuous management and facilitation of change activities throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee the facilitation of change management activities, ensuring coordination between implementation partner and Investec teams.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and best practices (associated certifications/accreditations beneficial)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Accurate analytical and problem-solving skills to find the root causes of problems and their solutions
Experience in developing and executing communication and training plans
Analytical skills to assess change impacts and measure adoption metrics
Knowledge of organisational readiness and leadership alignment practices
Familiarity with project management principles and experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in tools for documentation and reporting (e.g., MS Office Suite)
Knowledge of organisational development, stakeholder analysis, and business process improvement
Experience in ERP/HCM and Oracle change beneficial.
