Defining and implementing the specified market (global/regional/local) channel sales strategy in accordance with the marketing and sales strategy and ensuring regular follow-up, providing specified market channel strategy input for the Local Channel Manager
Defining key targets (e.g., volume, prices, mix) and ensuring these are achieved for the channel in the specified market, ensuring detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place, contributing to negotiations of global frame agreements, supporting Local Channel Manager in the offering and proposal process for channel partners
Identifying and evaluating global channel partners together with the Channel Manager and authorizing them in coordination with the sales management team, defining and implementing annual performance assessment and forecasting process for channel partners
