A Master’s degree/ NQF Level 9 qualification in Development, Commerce, Finance, Law and/or Management OR in related field.
Experience:
At least nine (9) working experience, of which three (3) should be at senior management level and two (2) should be at executive management level. The incumbent should have proficiency in the public sector environment. Proven track record of successfully managing and leading any organization, with a focus on youth development.
Experience in networking and donor relations; demonstrated ability to secure and manage significant funding.
Strong background in program development and evaluation, with experience in designing, implementing, and assessing youth programs.
Corporate governance experience of public entities
A working knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations such as the Public Finance Management Act and National Treasury Regulations.
Experience in strategic formulation and implementation processes.
