We are seeking a hands-on and accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead a world-class boat-making manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a rare combination of business leadership, deep technical understanding of boatbuilding, and personal sailing experience. This role demands an individual who can drive operational excellence, ensure uncompromising quality, and build strong relationships with clients and naval architects.
As CEO, you will be responsible for the full production lifecycle – from material procurement to final sea trials – while shaping a discipline, collaboration, and precision culture. You will actively supervise production operations, uphold strict quality standards, and optimise scheduling across all departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a highly skilled workforce and maintaining our reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
Consideration will be given to individuals willing to relocate – National or International.
Key Requirements
Proven executive or senior management experience within boat-building or marine manufacturing
Strong technical expertise in yacht/ship design and construction
Practical sailing experience (essential)
Experience working with naval architects and demanding clients
Commercial acumen and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
