You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of IT and Business Intelligence systems, ensuring technology drives business performance and operational efficiency. This role requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation, extensive experience in business intelligence, and the ability to align IT initiatives with corporate strategy.
Essential Requirements:
A BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required
As a CIO or in a similar managerial role,
Expertise in IT systems, infrastructure, and BI platforms.
Possess deep knowledge of data analytics, data warehousing & BI tools, particularly Power BI.
It is essential to have a strong background in designing and developing IT systems, planning IT implementations, and utilising BI for strategic decision-making.
Cybersecurity, penetration testing, Salesforce, VM optimisation, and Great Plains ERP proficiency.Experience leading large IT teams, driving IT transformation, and managing enterprise-scale projects.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the CIO will collaborate across departments to leverage technology for competitive advantage, operational resilience, and business growth.
A solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and overall business operations.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, a strategic business mindset, and strong leadership capabilities are critical.
Responsibilities include
Managing IT budgets, implementing risk management policies, optimising disaster recovery plans, and ensuring IT governance frameworks deliver measurable business value.
