Must have the appropriate qualification to allow registration with the HPCSA as an Occupational Therapist. Must have at least 5 years of experience as occupational therapist after registration with HPCSA. Must have interest in training the support staff.
Duties :
Supervise the subordinates and report directly to clinical manager or any other delegated official. Submit monthly, weekly, or quarterly reports as required/ requested.
Attend all internal and external meetings and report back to managers. Clinical work; Manage own service delivery group; Assess and ensure good quality of clinical service delivery; Manage and work in OT. Work closely with external and internal clients. Ensure that your subordinates are developed.
