Chief Of Staff 

Our client, the CEO of a listed company that invests in value-led and credit-oriented alternative assets, is looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely alongside the CEO and the broader Executive team to deliver credit and investment insights to business. As the eyes and ears of the CEO, you will be a problem-solver across the business, managing multiple projects and managing issues on behalf of the Board. Using your excellent relationship skills, you will ensure collaboration between business units and exert influence to ensure strategic project delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist CEO to track and provide analytical reports on the development of strategic initiatives, financial performance and the market
• Manage specific projects falling outside the scope of Operations
• Develop and communicate strategic roadmaps, corporate strategies and business strategies
• Consolidate and produce business plans and reviews with business heads
• Produce research papers / reports on business development and market landscape

Skills and experience:

• MBA from a top-rated university
• Masters degree in FInance or Economics
• Previous experience in strategic or management consulting
• Experience in financial services, specifically credit modelling and provisioning
• Excellent understanding of the alternative investment landscape
• Good sense of local and global socio-economic development
• Excellent Communication skills in both written and spoken English
