Core Responsibilities:
Develop and manage effective systems to determine impact evaluation, measuring and reporting on long term objectives
Enable the monitoring and reporting of all research activities
Compare operational performance with principles, theory and policy, identify problems and provide solutions
Contribute to optimal performance assessment, accountability, monitoring and evaluation in the Municipality through legislative prescribed reporting
Oversee and ensure transactional SDBIP monitoring and evaluation in order to determine achievement of set goals and objectives
Define tactical plans, goals and objectives to enable the achievement of subject matter standards regarding governance, risk and compliance
Define and monitor financial control, corporate governance and compliance
Drive an aligned customer service excellence culture that builds relationships and proposes innovations
Provide specialist advise related to organisational advisory and evaluation services
Set organisational goals and objectives and guide overall improvement
Establish and maintain strategic relationships across multiple functional areas to enable knowledge sharing and integration of specialist practice
