A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Building /Civil/ Structural Engineering or Architect with relevant experience OR (N3 plus Trade Test in Plumbing/ Carpentry/ Bricklaying or related field with 3-5 years related technical experience). A valid driver’s license is required.
DUTIES :
Manage day to day maintenance of state owned buildings. Facilitate effective project execution in terms of cost, quality and time in the state owned properties.
