Bachelor’s in chemical engineer or Industrial Engineering
In depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology

Your responsibilities
Waste identification and Elimination within operations and in the entire supply chain
Conduct site OEE deployment and identify top 5 focus areas
Coordinate Technology Transfer process and to ensure that robust reproducible and efficient manufacturing processes are transferred into Production from R&D, contract manufacturers.
Initiate process improvement in the areas of cost, quality and customer service
Continuously review manufacturing processes on the site and at contract manufacturers to determine the most cost-effective supply strategy
Conduct equipment breakdown analysis and advise the business on improvement areas required
Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing sites for processing issues and review the robustness and capability of a different technologies.
Identify and execute cost saving projects
Conduct time studies and process optimisations for site
Train employees online improvements and ensure that all operating documents are updated
