    Clerk: Admin Relief

    Job Description    
    Premier, a growing company with strong brands such as Snow Flake, Blue Ribbon and Manhattans is seeking the services of a Clerk: Admin Relief.     Purpose of the job

    • Provide effective office administrative and support function to the designated Managers and teams in order to ensure the smooth running of the office, including handling of petty cash, travel arrangements, organization of staff functions and stationary.
    • Take responsibility for the front office reception, receiving and sending parcels, answering switchboard and remain professional in dealings with customers and employees.
    • Relief and support debtors-, creditors-, wage- and value chain clerks in their duties.
    • Adherence to all relevant financial SOP’s.


    Qualification requirements

    • Matric qualification (essential).
    • Relevant financial Diploma (advantageous).


    Our expectation is that you:

    • Minimum 3 -5 years admin, creditors, debtors and wage experience.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Minimum of 3 – 5 years PA experience.


    Knowledge, skills and abilities

    • Numerical abilities.
    • Planning and organizing.

    Working Environment

    • Overtime work may be required.
    • Pressurized environment.
    • 6 day position which may include Sundays and Public Holidays.
