Clerk: Driver Reconciliations at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

Job Advert Summary    

• To reconcile Driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERM. Duties will include recon of driver's daily routes, processing of cash, EFT and cashless payments from drivers, resolve recon issues and discrepancies, system and admin processing, support the debrief / transport function. The Clerk: Driver Reconciliation ensures that what left the depot, what was delivered, what came back, and what was paid all balance — every single day

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays
