Clerk Planning - Dwaalboom at PPC Africa

Job Advert Summary    

The Clerk planning is responsible forhigh quality data captured timeously in the maintenance system. Communication with internal and external customers. The Clerk planning will be required to have skills to communicate at different levels. 

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12,
• N3 with trade test will be advantageous,
• Valid driver’s license,
• 1 Years data capturing experience,
• Experience on a computerized maintenance management system (ON Key) is compulsory,
• Advanced Computer Skills,
• Good communication skills (oral, written) in English,
• The ability to function independently with strong planning and organizing skills,
• Knowledge and proficiency in MOP principles, On Key and Microsoft applications

Duties and Responsibilities    

• The ability to assess the quality of technical data,
• Practice clear communication with maintenance staff to optimize quality data inputs, 
• Full compliance to the Maintenance Business Process,
• Efficient administrative support and administrative duties,
• Well maintained and administrated technical library,
• Analyzing and reporting of data.
