Clerk Sales Order (Temporary) - Aeroton Bakery

Job Overview:
- Attend to the customer orders placed by telephone, mail or personal calls. Administer Sales Orders. Deal with customer queries. Must have good knowledge of the organisation's products.
- Capture sales orders on the System (SAP)
- Check controls
- Billing of invoices
- Create interplant POs
- Complete daily reports – No order reports
- Attend to customer complaints
Qualifications
- Grade 12/NQF 3
- Diploma/Degree Sales and Marketing is an added advantage
- Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/ Marketing
- SAP experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic Numeric Skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Task Orientated
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Safety Consciousness
- Team player
