    Client Service Consultant: Life Investment (Fixed Term Contract)

    What will you do?
    Job purpose
     

    The Client Service Consultant: Life Investments, will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the investment process. This will be achieved by actively contributing to the high standard of quality and service delivery by effectively verifying and efficiently processing instructions received by Glacier. Providing excellent client services to internal and external parties. 

    What will make you successful in this role?
     

    Key outcomes

    The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Client Service Consultant: Life Investments. 

    •     Ensuring all prescribed documents has been received before issuing/adjusting policies or policy records. 
    •     The verification and accurate record keeping of all client instructions through service-related tasks via the administration system and workflow system 
    •     Communicate business and or regulatory requirements clearly and accurately to the intermediary and other role-players to ensure accurate, efficient processing of transactions and following up on outstanding information.
    •     The ability to understand and apply the Glacier solution set to the daily outputs required. 
    •     Handling of telephonic / e-mail enquiries from all stakeholders (clients, intermediaries, sales support staff). 
    •     Receiving and completion of re-issue requests/cancellations 
    •     Investigation and resolution of service-related complaints 
    •     Build and establish effective relationships with internal teams to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency 
    •     To play a key role in the stewardship of positive client relationships and the retention of clients
    •     Active participation in the business’s continuous improvement by identifying and proposing solutions to process and service-related failures.


    Qualifications and experience

         Matric / Grade 12 (Essential) 
         Relevant tertiary qualification (Advantageous) 
         Life Investment (Legacy and Epsilon) experience 
         New Business products, processes, rules and policy records of Legacy Savings & Investments 
         Multilingual (Advantageous)

    Qualification and Experience

    • Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.

    Turnaround time
