    Butchery Admin Manager (Hillcrest & Waterfall Store)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Create Purchase order for stock required
    • Receiving of stock; ensure bulk stock check are conducted, receive deliveries from relevant suppliers with security present.
    • Check and ensures, invoice information contain accurate information as in accordance with stock received, check the quality of stock received; damages, expirations and shortages.
    • Checks on stock rotation within Cold Rooms
    • Inter-Department transfers
    • Daily Pre-production
    • Assist with all staff related adin; rosters, leave forms, HR matters, etc.
    • Assist with weekly stockakes 
    • Control and capture wastage

    Competencies

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent Administration skills

    Experience

    • 3-4 years experience in a similar role within the Butchery department

    Retail Manager (Waterfall)

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Open and closing of store
    • Focus on customer service
    • Ensure that staff are adequately trained
    • Stock control and stock rotation
    • Championing quality and cold chain management
    • Ensure all promotional stock is available 
    • Control and maintain GP's in the department
    • Regular fridge temperature checks
    • constant floor walks
    • Wastage control
    • Maintaining of store hygiene
    • Ensure staff are performing to company standards
    • Drive sales
    • Control store expenses and budgets
    • Stock take
    • Planning and executing innovative sales and merchandising techniques, ensuring shelves are correctly stocked at all times;
    • Checking the replenishment process for all departments on a daily basis
    • working with receiving to make sure perishable foods are received as efficiently and effectively as possible 

    Experience and Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • At least 5 years proven experience in a retail management role
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Strong organizational and problem -solving skills.
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
    • Driver license.
    • Clear criminal record and a reasonable Credit record.
    • Traceable references
