Client Service Consultant at Next Biosciences

The Role

Next Biosciences requires a Client Service Consultant for Next Genetics, to interact with potential clients and guide them through our processes from an operational perspective. It is the Client Service Consultant’s responsibility to ensure that they receive excellent client service throughout their journey with Next Genetics. It is vitally important that the candidate is positive, out-going, helpful and leaves a lasting impression on the client culminating in an overall positive experience with Next Biosciences. The Client Consultant also needs to have a passion for medical healthcare, science and technology and be willing to learn.

Degree and Educational requirements:

• No degree required however previous client service experience is necessary (especially in the medical space).

Skills required for the position:

• Effective leadership skills to manage people and resources (manage and co-ordinate drivers/ couriers for sample collection and delivery).
• Excellent verbal and written communication as one has to engage with clients telephonically as well as via email.
• Excellent people skills- ability to listen, communicate and relate to others (as each client is unique) as well as empathy for others especially during sensitive situations.
• Critical thinking skills that result in effective problem solving.
• Strong administration skills.
• Detail-orientated work habits and strong organizational behaviour.
• Proficiency with current technology and software applications.
• Innovative thinker who has the ability to put processes in place that are effective and efficient.
• Flexibility to meet the fast pace and demands of working with many different types of people and situations.
